On 13 March 2025, we had the privilege of facilitating a workshop for one of our clients, focusing on fostering a culture of continuous learning and personal development. We explored the profound impact of coaching and mentoring in organizations, sharing insights and strategies with a group of engaged and forward-thinking participants.
It was a truly valuable and impactful session, made even more special by the opportunity to co-facilitate with the extraordinary Catherine Hodgson of SHIFT Mentoring—a renowned author and coach whose expertise and passion added immense depth to the experience. Collaborating with Catherine is always a privilege, as her wisdom and energy inspire everyone in the room.
